Intense burgundy red color of medium depth with brick and ruby rim. Dense tear. Complex aromas with very good integration of French oak with ripe fruit compote, spices and a floral touch reminiscent of violets, pure balance in the mouth, ripe and expressive tannins that provide fleshiness. It grows in the mouth, tasty and expressive.

The harvest of this vineyard is done manually, early in the morning, in boxes of 15 kilos. A selection of the best grapes is made on a sorting table, and the grapes are then vatted in our self-emptying stainless steel tanks until they reach 12 degrees. It is macerated for 12 hours before increasing the temperature to 21 degrees, which will be the fermentation temperature. The wine will be aged in barrels for 22 months. The barrels are French oak and extra fine grain from the best cooperages in the world.
