Why buy olive oil from Campo de Quijote?
You only have to visit the region of Campo de Montiel and, before stopping in any village, you have already seen thousands and thousands of olive trees scattered across the reddish-colored land. Some are still shoots, growing to bear fruit in the future. Meanwhile, other olive trees, large and in rows, frame the landscape of La Mancha.
However, you don’t buy olive oil to remember the landscape, you buy it for the taste. The oil of the region is not an oil that you use for frying, but to combine with some bread, to give this extra touch to a recipe that would not be the same without the oil of Campo de Montiel.

It is the environment that creates the flavor of the oils from the Campo de Montiel region. The climate is excellent for the cultivation of olive trees. But also our farmers know the land and know how to work it, to get the best result of the oil. They are men and women who have been working with the olive trees for generations and know the ideal moment to harvest their fruits.
